Felton Return & Exchange Policy

This Return & Exchange Policy applies strictly to purchases made **directly from Felton Headquarters (HQ)** via our official website, WhatsApp, or direct walk-in orders. This policy does not apply to purchases made through resellers, third-party sellers, or external online platforms.

1 – GENERAL POLICY

1.1 This Policy applies only to orders fulfilled and invoiced directly by Felton HQ, located at No.1, Jalan BK 1/12, Taman Perindustrian Kinrara, 47180 Puchong, Selangor.

1.2 Any purchases made through other platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook Marketplace) or third-party sellers are strictly not eligible for returns or exchanges. Customers must contact the respective seller or platform for assistance.

1.3 By purchasing directly from Felton HQ, you agree to abide by the terms of this Return & Exchange Policy.

1.4 Felton reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our official channels, and continued engagement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 – RETURN POLICY

2.1 Defective Product Returns (Direct HQ Purchase Only)

Returns are only accepted if the product:

  • Was purchased directly from Felton HQ.
  • Is found to have a manufacturing defect upon delivery.

2.2 Eligibility Conditions

  • Return request must be submitted within 3 calendar days from delivery.
  • Clear photos/videos of the defect must be provided.
  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and complete with all components.

2.3 Non-Eligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The item was purchased from a third-party seller or marketplace platform.
  • The defect is due to misuse, mishandling, or external damage.
  • The item is incomplete, used, or returned after the allowed period.

3 – EXCHANGE POLICY

3.1 Felton does not accept any exchanges for products purchased from third-party sellers, agents, dealers, or marketplace platforms.

3.2 Exchanges are only accepted for defective items purchased directly from Felton HQ, and subject to stock availability. Terms follow the same return procedure and conditions as listed in Section 2.

4 – RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCEDURE (HQ PURCHASE ONLY)

  • Contact our team via WhatsApp or email within 3 calendar days of receiving your item.
  • Provide your order details and proof of purchase from Felton HQ, along with defect evidence (photo/video).
  • Do not return any product before receiving official approval and instructions. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

5 – NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE FOR THIRD-PARTY ORDERS

Felton is not responsible for returns or exchanges of products bought from resellers, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, or any unofficial sales channels. Customers must refer to the seller or platform’s return policies directly.
